Electronic Health Record System
Growth Analyser Electronic Patient Record System (EPRS) Single-User Edition is a patient record system designed for paediatric endocrinologists worldwide for the digital registration of all relevant medical data for endocrine patients in a standardised way in order to support the care of these patients.
The programme allows the user to keep a record of a patient’s general medical history, medical events, encounters, anthropometric measurements, physical examination, laboratory requests and results. Patients can be diagnosed using the included ESPE and ICD-10 classification systems.
Growth Analyser EPRS includes a large database of 200 growth references for different geographic regions and/or ethnicities, as well as for different syndromes with endocrine features (e.g. Achondroplasia, Down syndrome, Idiopathic short stature, Noonan syndrome, Silver-Russell syndrome and Turner syndrome) which can be superimposed for comparison. In consultation with us, additional growth references for any population can be added to the database.
Additionally, Growth Analyser EPRS offers instant statistical feedback such as standard deviation scores, and percentiles. In case more elaborate statistical analyses are required, all medical data that can be related to a visit or patient encounter, can be exported into the Microsoft Excel 2007 Open XML Workbook format (.xlsx) and then opened in Growth Analyser Research Calculation Tools, or other statistical tools for further analysis.
Growth Analyser EPRS Single-User Edition runs locally on the computer of the user. The data entered will be stored locally in an encrypted database and can not be shared directly with other users.
